• This surface consists of a rocky (gravel) layer beneath which drainage channels (with or without tubes) are made, a layer of quartz sand of a certain quality and granulation, and a playful grass layer, consisting of a certain combination of tennis-specific grass seeds.
• It is usually about 10mm thick.
